We love a good, buttery California Chardonnay, but sometimes we just want a crisp and refreshing white wine that is endlessly pairable with food and not a butter bomb. That is where the concept for "ABC" wines came from; they are Anything BUT Chardonnay. Enter your new white wine favs! First up is Ambicion Sauv Blanc straight from Argentina and bursting with aromas of pink grapefruit and white peach, aged in stainless steel for perfectly balanced acidity. Next up is one of our newest wines from artisan winemaker Antonio Diez Martin, a Spanish Verdejo, which balances a crisp, citrusy zing with ripe tropical fruits for a lively and complex wine. Last but definitely not least is Binya Station, a staff fav from Australia that is on the drier side with a bite of green apple and a slight sweetness of fresh peaches.
